Return Policy

At Avenue Home Concept, we value customer satisfaction. However, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The item received has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item delivered does not match your order.

All return requests must be made immediately upon delivery or within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Returns must be initiated at the time of delivery or through a formal request to our customer service within the 5-day period.
  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Damaged, soiled, or used items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS

To process your return request, the following documents and details are required:

  • Proof of purchase (Order Number, Tax Invoice, etc.)
  • Printed Shipping Label and Avenue Home Concept Tax Invoice included with the returned goods
  • A valid reason for the return, in compliance with this policy

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Custom-made items (e.g., sofas, bed frames)
  • Clearance or display items
  • Order-to-made items (e.g., dining tables, chairs), unless approved

REFUND POLICY

Approved returns will be processed as follows:

  1. Store Credits equivalent to the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your account on our website for future purchases.

  2. Refunds to the original payment method are subject to approval and will be processed within 3-14 working days upon acceptance.

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Changes or cancellations are not allowed after an order is confirmed.

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items will be assessed within 3-7 working days upon receipt at the following address:

NOTE

  • Products damaged by the customer or due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • Avenue Home Concept reserves the right to reject return requests that do not comply with this policy.
